She Oak Hammock

I love this nest, and it
reminds me of a hammock, so
I will rest in it on Owl
Island.

Monika,
A truely magnificent Sheoke ,they are often called the spidery oak ...now you may have to hurry with that hammock as they grow to 60ft ...my book says they will tolerate freezing cold, salt air, desert heat...
So they will be well suited to Owl Is....

Beautiful photo....Lois 14/3/06

Beautiful Lois, I love these writings. Yes, well suited to Owl Island. Sixty feet is major big! How wonderful.

What a stunning nesting place. The solitude is to die for. I know I will heal while I am here.
